About the RoleWe are currently recruiting for a reliable and safety-focused Yard Operative with a valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence to join our client's busy yard team. This is a full-time role offering long-term stability, flexibility with working hours, and the opportunity to secure a permanent position following a successful period.
Key Responsibilities- Safely operating the counterbalance forklift
- Following correct site routes and health & safety procedures
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Maintaining a clean and organised working area
- Completing additional duties as required
- Supporting the team to ensure smooth yard operations
What We're Looking For- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
- Previous yard or forklift experience preferred
- Safety-conscious and reliable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good work ethic and strong attention to detail
