Full Time - Temporary (potentially permanent after 3months)
£18,500 per annum
Hales are working alongside our client in Lowestoft to expand their team of Customer Service Advisors. Our client is the UK's leading managed holiday letting agency and they are looking for a number of Customer Service Advisors to be the first point of contact for their business.
We are currently recruiting temporary roles for our Client based within their Call Centre in Lowestoft. We're looking for highly motivated, organised people who have excellent communication skills, are comfortable and confident in dealing with incoming queries via virtual / telephone contact. The successful applicants will be passionate about customer experience.
We offer full training and you will be multiskilled to ensure that however our customers decide to contact us you will be there to offer full support. You will add value to every Customer contact to maintain loyalty and owner lifetime value, whether this be on email, webchat or by telephone conversation. You will understand our owners needs to nurture and to retain them.
Previous call centre experience is desirable but not essential as full training can be given however you must present excellent customer service skills to be considered.
