Team Leader

To work as a Team Leader in this Food Preparation Company. Previous experience is a must

2 x Experienced Team Leaders Required, preferably from a Food Prep / Food Production background for late shift 2pm - 10.30pm

1 x Experienced Team Leader Required, preferably from a Food Prep / Food Production background for early shift 6am - 2.30pm

5 days out of 7, so will include either a Saturday or Sunday each week
Hours:40 per week

Temporary Rate: £13.20 per hour

Position: Temporary to Permanent after 12 weeks and successful review

Salary once Permanent: £28,000 per annum

Job Role:

Responsible for all of the below each shift:

Supervising & motivating 10 team members on shift

Team member performance on shift - safe, sensisble & productive

Product Quality & Quantity

Safe and correct operation of machinery - will involve training new staff

Ensure the compliance of H&S rules and regulations on site

Will be required to be hands on and be involved with Food Prep

Environment:

Could be either based in food ready to eat or food ready to cook, so will include cold storage area's, wet room area's , packaging and Food Prep to the highest standards
