About the Role - Year 5 Class Teacher

The school is seeking a confident and enthusiastic Year 5 Class Teacher who can inspire, engage, and motivate pupils in upper Key Stage 2. You'll be joining a well-established team with strong leadership, clear behaviour policies, and a warm, collaborative ethos.

Your responsibilities will include:

Full-time teaching as a Year 5 Class Teacher, delivering engaging lessons across the curriculum

Supporting pupils to make excellent academic and personal progress

Planning, assessing and differentiating lessons to meet the needs of all learners

Creating a safe, nurturing and inclusive classroom environment

Working closely with phase leaders, colleagues and support staff

Contributing to wider school life including trips, events and enrichment activities

The Ideal Year 5 Class Teacher Will Have:

QTS and recent experience teaching in Key Stage 2

A strong understanding of the Year 5 curriculum and expectations
