£20k-£25k per annum depending on experience

I am recruiting for a Maintenance Administrator based in Morden; it is a great opportunity for the right candidate to further their career within facilities. The successful candidate will have a proven track record within administration. You will be required to have an understanding of administration with a proven track record in offices or any other commercial site.

Duties will include


• General administration work


• Dealing with Maintenance Engineers - Assigning them to jobs


• Processing new enquiries and booking visits.


• Taking results of jobs.


• Organising and ordering materials.

 
• Closing jobs down when they are completed


• PPMS


• Raising Purchase orders


• Dealing with telephone and email enquiries

Hours of work

 
• 09:00am - 17.30pm -Monday – Friday

Requirements


• Proven admin and office experience


• Good communication skills and excellent IT skills
