Are you a commercially minded Finance Manager looking to join a successful and fast-growing UK business?
We’re working with a well-established industrial company based in Trafford Park that has experienced significant growth in recent years. With strong foundations and continued investment, the business is now looking to strengthen its finance team with the appointment of a hands-on, ambitious, and commercially minded Finance Manager.
The RoleReporting directly to the Financial Controller, you’ll play a key role in delivering accurate, timely financial information to support strategic and operational decision-making. This is a broad and varied role, offering excellent exposure across the business. Key responsibilities include:

Preparation of monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary

Business partnering with operational teams across multiple departments

Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting

Assisting with year-end accounts and audit processes
-
Driving improvements in financial controls and reporting processes

Supporting strategic projects with financial analysis and insights
About You:You’ll be a qualified or finalist-level accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA), with experience in a similar role, ideally within an industrial, manufacturing, or related environment. We’re looking for someone who is:
