Project Manager - New Build Industrial

We are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a new build industrial scheme in Cambridge. This is an 8-month contract opportunity with a well-established contractor, ideally suited to someone with a strong track record in delivering similar industrial projects.

Key Requirements:

*

Proven experience managing new build industrial developments

*

Strong understanding of construction processes from pre-construction through to handover

*

Ability to manage programme, budget, health & safety, and client relationships

*

Excellent communication and leadership skills

*

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications essential

Key Responsibilities:

*

Leading the project from site setup through to completion

*

Managing site teams and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard

*

Overseeing project reporting, quality assurance, and commercial control

*

Acting as the main point of contact for the client and key stakeholders

*

Ensuring compliance with health & safety and all regulatory standards
