Are you a "Life Changer"? We are seeking resilient, caring, and energetic Teaching Assistants to join an independent specialist school in Loughborough. This is not your average TA role. You will be working with children aged 7-17 who have Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, helping them navigate their education through a therapeutic, child-centred lens.

The Role:

• Relational Support: Work 1:1 or in small groups, building deep, nurturing professional relationships.

• Be a Mentor: From supporting in the classroom to sharing lunch and leading playground games, you are a consistent, positive role model.

• Therapeutic Growth: You will be fully supported with extensive trauma-informed training and regular therapeutic supervision.

• Creative Input: Help create an amazing learning environment and bring your own interests - whether sports, arts, or tech - to our extra-curricular activities.
