Are you a Site Supervisor with SSSTS looking for a hands-on leadership role on civil engineering and infrastructure projects?

In this hands-on supervisory role, you will oversee and support a team of groundworkers, while carrying out general site duties including trenching, pipework installation, and site preparation. Alongside hands-on work, you will also be responsible for monitoring progress, completing site paperwork and permits, performing risk assessments, and enforcing health and safety procedures.

This role would suit someone who wants to step into or continue a supervisory career, taking responsibility for a team and site operations while staying actively involved on site.

The Role:

Supervising a small groundworks team and overseeing site operations
Monitoring progress, ensuring work meets safety and quality standards
Completing site paperwork, permits, and risk assessments
Monday - Friday- 45 hour weekThe Person:

Holds SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme)
CSCS card required
Commutable to Swindon
