Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 DOE + Fast-Track Progression Opportunities

Are you passionate about supporting vulnerable children and young people? Do you have leadership experience in residential childcare?

We are looking for a dedicated Deputy Manager to join a nurturing children's residential home that provides care for up to three children.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Support the Registered Manager in daily operations, ensuring high standards of care.
• 
  Lead and motivate the team, promoting a therapeutic approach to care.
• 
  Oversee care plans, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations.

Requirements:

• 
  Minimum 2 years' experience in children's residential care, ideally in a senior or deputy role.
• 
  NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (Level 5 desirable or willingness to work towards it).
• 
  Strong leadership skills
• 
  Knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and quality standards.
• 
  Full UK Driving Licence required.
