The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a Temporary Customer Support Representative on behalf of one of our global medical manufacturing clients based in Winsford.This role is to support the existing Customer Support team during a period of change and offers the opportunity for the successful candidate to apply for a permanent position later.
Daily Duties Will Include:
- Taking customer orders and completing order entry
- Handling customer queries regarding order status, deliveries, and general enquiries
- Supporting the Commercial team with sales‑related information
- Liaising with internal Manufacturing and Planning teams
- Working as part of a Customer Support team within an office environment
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have previous customer service, office or administrative experience (preferred but not essential)
- Have good PC skills
- Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Be comfortable working in an office-based team environment
- Be willing to learn, as full training will be provided
Working Hours:
- 40 hours per week
- Flexitime working available
- Core hours are 10:00am - 3:00pm, with flexible start and finish times outside of these hours
