About the Role - Deputy Nursery manager - Lewisham, Bellingham

This nursery is recruiting for Early Years staff to join their nursery.
They need a Deputy nursery manager to join the leadership team.
40 hours per week Monday - Friday
£37, 000 per annum salary
The Deputy Manager will hold a key leadership position working closely with the Nursery manager
Ensure outstanding care and education is delivered
Follow the EYFS framework
The deputy will have an out of ratio role, which allows you to also focus on leadership responsibility ,except for when covering staff absence or other operational needs
You will be part of ensuring the nursery runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis
Prior experience as a key person is desirable
At least 2 years in a nursery setting is preferable
The nursery will pay £500 bonus should the nursery retain the Ofsted rating of OUTSTANDING
