The Role:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with additional learning needs

• Assist students during practical lessons, including outdoor land-based activities and animal care

• Support students in developing confidence, independence, and life skills

• Work closely with teaching staff to adapt learning materials and approaches

• Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment, particularly during practical sessions

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have experience supporting young people, ideally within an SEN or educational setting

• Be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

• Have an interest in agriculture, animal care, or land-based studies

• Be patient, adaptable, and passionate about supporting learners with additional needs

• Be a strong team player with good communication skills
