What you'll be doing

We're looking for a bold and adaptable leader who thrives on creating exceptional breakfast experiences. As Breakfast Manager, you will oversee all morning operations, ensuring the outlet maximizes its potential and delivers memorable guest experiences. With a focus on both guest satisfaction and financial performance, you will drive results while nurturing a supportive and engaging environment for your team.Beyond breakfast, you will also step into management within the Café and Bar, providing full support and leadership coverage as part of your routine. In this versatile role, you will be a key part of the guest experience from morning through the day, creating a real impact and fostering an inclusive, motivating team environment.
