Grant and Project Coordinator
This is a diverse and rewarding role for a Project Coordinator looking to make a real difference.
The role will take ownership of the overall workflow directly relating to grant efforts and processes from project start to completion. Your key responsibility will be to coordinate and maintain the calendar, project milestones, reporting deadlines and compliance issues, as well as tracking the success of applications and other key metrics. As this is a small team, this will be a hands-on position and you will be required to engage and advise stakeholders in respect of new and updated processes and procedures relevant to project design, implementation and approval.
Grant and Project Coordinator Responsibilities
As the Grant and Project Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and maintaining an up-to-date overview of the funding calendar and project milestones
- Review of processes and updates to ensure that all remain valid and efficient
- Engaging and advising researchers and stakeholders
- Track success of applications and other key metrics
Grant and Project Coordinator Experience
To be considered for this role, you will be a passionate person with excellent communication and time management skills. With experience in a similar position previously and a track record of grant management within research, Higher Education, government body or similar, you will thrive in a diverse role and be confident juggling a varied and challenging workload.
