SEN Teaching Assistants Needed - Portsmouth - September Start

Prospero Teaching is on the lookout for compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with special educational needs across a range of schools in Portsmouth. Starting September 2025, these roles offer both long-term placements and flexible day-to-day work.

What You Can Expect:

📍 Location: Portsmouth and surrounding areas
📅 Start Date: September 2025
💼 Contract Options: Day-to-day supply, long-term, and permanent roles
💰 Daily Pay: £90.00 - £120.00 (depending on experience and assignment)
🧠 Focus: Supporting students with a range of SEN needs in inclusive, nurturing environments

We're Looking For:

Experience working with children or young people with SEN (in schools or care settings)
A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for supporting learners with additional needs

Requirements:

Right to work in the UK
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
Two professional references
