Trainee Lettings Negotiator

Location: Exeter City Centre - Office based every day

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.45 am to 5.30pm - 1 in 3 Saturdays 9-1

Salary: Package with commission approximately £25k

Main Responsibilities of the Trainee Lettings Negotiator

* Conducting property viewings

* Managing tenant enquiries and providing excellent customer service

* Supporting the application and referencing process

* Handling property maintenance issues and liaising with contractors

* Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants

* Updating property listings and keeping records accurate

* Travelling to and from properties — a driving licence is essential
