Purpose of role

Working closely with Sales, Service and Finance to ensure a smooth operation of the company’s sales, service and logistics processes

Responsibilities:


· Provide first line support for incoming customer enquiries


· Ensure efficient processing of sales and service orders


· Manage supplier & customer invoices


· Coordinate logistics of incoming and outgoing goods


· Raise invoices and track billing


· Provide general admin support and assistance

· Works with precision, good attention to detail


· Strong written communication


· Can-do attitude, self motivated


· Intermediate user of Excel


· Ability to prioritise and juggle varied workload
