Private Client Solicitor

You will handle a varied private client caseload, working closely with clients to provide clear, practical advice across wills, probate, and estate matters. The team values a supportive approach, ensuring clients feel guided at every stage.
Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing a caseload including wills, probate, trusts, and powers of attorney
• Advising clients on estate planning and inheritance matters
• Handling probate administration and supporting contested probate cases where required
• Liaising with clients, courts, and third parties to progress matters efficiently

We're Looking For:

• Qualified Solicitor with solid experience in private client work
• Strong knowledge of wills, probate, trusts, and LPAs
• Experience in contested probate, Court of Protection, or probate property sales is advantageous
• Excellent client care skills with a sensitive and empathetic approach
• Ability to manage your own caseload independently
