About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Site Manager to take over management of Site Operations on a very large new build residential project in West Oxforshire. This project is underway already, with the current phase of works consisting of full demolition, a double storey basement dig and a large RC frame shell £5m in value. This phase is nearly complete & the fit out of the project will then be completed by the same team.

This project requires a Site Manager with experience on similar projects who can manage the site operations, driving to programme with eye for safety and quality, utilising previous experience in a similar area. The role will require a manager who is able to manage a project of this spec with little or no supervision, utilising previous experience to get this job over the line on time and on budget with a focus on quality of delivery and health & safety.

The successful Site Manager will be client facing, have very good super prime residential experience with an eye for finishing to the highest possible quality. They will be hardworking, go the extra mile with the ability to work to close deadlines.

About the benefits / rewards

The salary will be dependent on level of exposure to industry and experience on related projects. The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary around £60,000 - £70,000. The package will also include various benefits relating to travel and healthcare.


Candidates must have direct and relatable industry experience. Experience of Site Management is a must, ideally with experience of working on high spec new build & refurbishment projects. The preferred candidate would have had experience at a super prime residential main contractor and looking for a permanent and long-term role.
