Description

• Supervise the accounts payable team to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
• Monitor and maintain the accuracy of financial records related to accounts payable activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Resolve payment discrepancies and respond to vendor inquiries promptly.
• Prepare regular reports on accounts payable performance and key metrics.
• Collaborate with other departments within accounting & finance to improve processes and workflows.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
• Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their performance.

Profile

A successful Accounts Payable Supervisor should have:

• Solid knowledge of accounts payable processes and best practices.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills to manage a team effectively.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• An eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.

Job Offer
