D365 Functional Consultant

Our global client is looking for an experienced D365 consultant to join their team and support with their clients processes. You will have a deep understanding of business processes and finance and accounting principles, along with technical skills to configure and customize Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations to meet the unique requirements of each client.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients to understand their business processes and document their requirements.
• Design and configure D365 F&O to meet the client's requirements.
• Develop functional specifications and test plans.
• Conduct testing and assist with user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide post-go-live support to ensure a smooth transition and optimal system performance.
• Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure project success.

Skillset Required

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business administration or related field.
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O).
• Strong understanding of business processes, finance and accounting principles, and technical skills to configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with project management methodologies and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (Finance and Operations apps functional consultant, Finance, Supply Chain Management) is a plus.
• Must be fluent in English/German and have full writing proficiency
