The Role

As a Town Planner, you'll be involved in a diverse portfolio of projects, supporting senior team members while also taking ownership of your own schemes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals
Conducting site appraisals and planning research
Liaising with local authorities, clients, and external consultants
Supporting project delivery across residential, commercial, and mixed-use schemes
Contributing to planning strategies and reports

Degree qualified in Town Planning or a related field
