The Role

You will support the Conveyancing team across the full lifecycle of residential transactions, including:

• Assisting with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Preparing contract packs, handling enquiries, and supporting pre- and post-completion work
• Conducting searches, ID checks, AP1/OS applications, and liaising with the Land Registry
• Managing client updates and keeping files compliant and well-organised
• Working closely with fee-earners to ensure transactions move efficiently and smoothly

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience within residential conveyancing (minimum 6 months preferred)
• Strong organisational skills and excellent written communication
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced team
• A proactive approach, confidence with clients, and great attention to detail
