Covering Reception.
First point of call for all customers and visitors.
Inbound and outbound calls.
Administration duties: filling, scanning, post.
Arranging requirements for management meetings such as lunch, transport.
Ordering equipment and workwear.
Support all enquires.
Working closely with the HR team.
Communication with customers with timely responses.
Coordinate the organisation of events.
Provide admin support to all areas of the business.
Proofread documents.
