SEN Support Staff / SEN Teaching Assistants / Learning Mentors - Derbyshire & Staffordshire

Education Personnel, one of the leading agencies for placing exceptional education professionals, are proud to be working exclusively with a highly regarded group of SEN schools. We are now recruiting for a large number of SEN Support Staff, SEN TAs and Learning Mentors to join their teams from September.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a genuine passion for supporting young people with Special Educational Needs. The schools within this group provide nurturing, inclusive environments where staff can make a lasting difference to children's lives.

About the roles:

*

Working on a one-to-one or small group basis with students who present a wide range of needs, from MLD, ADHD and ASD (mild) through to more complex PMLD.

*

Supporting pupils both academically and emotionally, helping them to access learning and develop life skills.

*

Opportunities available across Wirksworth, Belper and Burton-upon-Trent - all set in beautiful, rural locations.

*

Positions available full-time, part-time, ad hoc or bank staff, with some overnight requirements also offered.

What we're looking for:

*

Experience working with children or young people with SEN (school, residential, or youth work experience welcomed).

*

A caring, patient and proactive approach to supporting individual needs.

*

Must have access to a car due to the rural locations of the schools.

*

Reliable, enthusiastic and committed individuals who want to build a career in SEN education.

What you'll gain:

*

The chance to work with one of the most respected SEN providers in the region.

*

Supportive teams and excellent training opportunities to develop your career in SEN.

*

Beautiful, scenic school settings that create inspiring working environments.

*

Flexibility - whether you're looking for long-term stability or more casual work, we have roles to suit you.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an organisation that truly values its staff and offers rewarding, meaningful work every day.

If you have experience working with SEN, access to a car, and would love to work in a supportive environment surrounded by beautiful locations, we'd love to hear from you.
