We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Property Manager to join our team in Sutton as maternity cover. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven professional to help manage a diverse property portfolio within a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of property management, including client liaison, maintenance oversight, tenancy administration, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. • Basic salary range of £24000 to £31500 per year, dependent on experience
• Additional £7200 earnings expected through uncapped commission
• Minimum on-target earnings of £31200+ per year
• Company Car
• Full-time working hours: 08:30-18:00 (weekdays) and 09:00-17:00 (one in every four Saturday’s, with a day-in-lieu)
• 12-month fixed-term contract

What you'll be doing as a maternity cover Property Manager at haart Estate Agents in Sutton

• Booking and conducting property inspections
• Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
• Co-ordinating with contractors, to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
• Deposit returns
• Resolving rental arrears
• Processing eviction requests
• Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Managing complaints
• Completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reports

The skills and abilities you will need to be a maternity cover Property Manager at haart Estate Agents in Sutton

• Minimum 1+ years' previous experience in a Property Manager role
• Outstanding customer service
• Good telephone manner
• IT skills

Driving Requirements

• You must hold a valid Full UK Driving Licence
