Job Description:

Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join their team as a project manager based in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

The primary roles and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Project handover from sales
  • Define project scope
  • Produce scope of works
  • Management of logistics from supply chain partners
  • Project Scheduling
  • Site Visits / Surveys
  • Attendance at Meetings / Meeting Minutes
  • Scope of Works Change Tracking
  • Variations Tracking & Management
  • Variations / Scope Change
  • Product & Parts Purchase Requisition & Tracking
  • RAMS - Risk Assessment / Method Statements (in conjunction with EHS Manager)
  • Project Cost Tracking - Materials & Labour Hours
  • Sub-contractor Liaison & Management
  • Safety Statements
  • Insurances
  • Site-pass / safe pass
  • Preparation and presentation of handover / O+M package (including Service Annuity / Service Level Agreement)
  • Commercial acumen

Qualifications:

  • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of managing electrical projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
