Irwin and Colton have been engaged by a large specialist construction contractor to recruit a Health and Safety Coordinator, in a great development opportunity. The organisation has a proven track record of high-quality delivery over a number of years and this role is a great role for any candidate with some experience or interest in health and safety, to work with the health and safety team to learn, develop and grow a career.

Responsibilities of the Health and Safety Coordinator will include:

Administration of data collection and reporting on Health and Safety performance across the business
Working with the team to learn and ultimately conduct site Health and Safety audits and inductions
Working with the team to support in maintaining the Health, Safety and Quality Management Systems.
To develop Health and Safety knowledge and provide advice to site teams in relation to Health and Safety The successful Health and Safety Coordinator will have:

Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work under their own initiative
An understanding or interest in Health and Safety
Good written and verbal communication skills
