Stock Condition Surveyor - Hampshire

We're looking for an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor to support a programme of residential property inspections across Hampshire.

Day rate OTE £250-£300, depending on experience and volume.

What you'll be doing:

Carrying out stock condition surveys on domestic housing

*

Completing HHSRS assessments in line with current guidance

*

Undertaking Domestic Energy Assessments and producing EPC data

*

Recording accurate condition data using handheld devices or survey software

*

Working autonomously across a defined patch while meeting productivity targets

What you'll need:

*

Proven experience delivering stock condition surveys

*

Strong working knowledge of HHSRS

*

Qualified and competent to carry out Domestic Energy Assessments

*

Ability to manage your own workload and hit daily inspection targets

*

Full UK driving licence
