Technical Engineering Manager

Location Hemel Hempstead ( responcible for 6 sites )

Salary 50k to to 55k

Monday to friday

The main duties will include:
• Ensuring efficient and high standard of delivery of services within contractual KPI's
• Responsibility for the day-to-day management and supervision of mobile engineering team across multiple contracts
• Develop mobile engineers while acting as the first point of escalation for Account
• Ensure all statutory requirements are met and that there are no exposures to health and amp; safety issues
• To co-ordinate and manage the operations of the regional engineering teams
• Responsible for full resource including call out rotas, holidays and sickness.
• HR functions linked to the role include recruitment, probation reviews and disciplines
• Attend internal and external meetings as and when required
The Ideal Candidate will need;
• Technically qualified within Electrical or mechanical trade (NVQ)
• Strong understanding of Technical Services Infrastructure.
• Strong background in Technical Facilities Management
• Experience in a similar manager position
• Sound understanding of Environment, QA procedures, and experience of supervising and developing operational teams.
• Broad knowledge of computerised FM and maintenance management systems
