HR Manager – Charity Sector (Hybrid, London)
Location: Hybrid (3 days per week in Central London)
Marshall Wolfe are partnering with a highly respected charity in London to appoint an experienced HR Manager to play a key role in shaping and delivering an effective people strategy.
We are looking for a confident and hands-on HR professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and can balance strategic input with operational delivery.

The RoleAs HR Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for all HR matters, supporting both employees and managers. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic and operational HR initiatives aligned with organisational goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and delivering a comprehensive People Plan
- Acting as a trusted advisor to managers on all HR matters
- Leading on employee relations cases, including investigations and grievances
- Coaching and supporting managers to build capability and confidence
- Ensuring compliance with employment law and relevant regulations
- Analysing HR data and trends to inform decision-making
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
- Driving employee engagement, retention, and organisational development initiatives
- Contributing to organisational planning, including restructuring and change programmes
- Developing and implementing HR policies and continuous improvement initiatives
About YouYou will bring:
- CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent)
- Proven HR generalist experience, including complex employee relations
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law
- Experience partnering with managers and influencing stakeholders
- Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational and project management capabilities
Experience working within the non-profit or charity sector would be highly beneficial, though not essential.
