The Banbury site manufactures food coatings systems, dry blends, bread crumbs and rusk products. The site is a real success story and the team consistently deliver significant growth year on year. The site has a major ongoing capital investment plan and with new production capability currently being built, it is an exciting time to join us.
-To work as a Production Operative in the Blend Department where the main activities include weighing up, mixing, packing, stacking and material handling;
-Ensure a quality process throughout from the product, to the packaging, to adhering to corporate quality standards;
-Ensure relevant paperwork is completed on time, and suggest improvements where applicable;
-Adhere to corporate sanitation standards at all times;
-Adhere to NWF health and safety policy, reporting any near misses or issues observed relating to quality, safety, sanitation, machinery or throughput to the Department Manager;
-Literate and numerate;
-Physically fit (the role involves consistently lifting bags, throughout the shift, that weigh up to 25kg)

Terms and conditions, include:
Working hours and salary– we currently have vacancies across all of our shifts (salaries are inclusive of shift allowance):
·2300-0700, Sunday to Thursday, fixed shift - £33,441.35
·0700-1500, Monday to Friday, fixed shift - £25,143.87
·1500-2300, Monday to Friday, fixed shift - £33,441.35
·12 hour continental night shift, 1900-0700, working a 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off shift pattern - £35,113.44
·12 hour continental day shift, 0700-1900, working on a 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off shift pattern - £29,305.20
Benefits - a pension with 3% contributions, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays rising to 25 days after 5 years’ service, 2 x salary death in service benefit, health care cash plan, as well as many others.
