They're looking for a Site Manager to oversee large-scale housing projects from the ground up—ensuring delivery is on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing:

Managing all day-to-day operations on site

*

Leading site teams and subcontractors to deliver 100+ unit housing projects

*

Ensuring health & safety, quality control, and site presentation are always top-notch

*

Collaborating with the commercial and technical teams to drive progress

*

Reporting to the Contracts Manager and attending site/project meetings

What we're looking for:

Proven experience managing large residential developments (50+ units)

*

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certified

*

Strong leadership, communication, and organisation skills

*

A problem-solver with a hands-on, proactive attitude
