Transport Administrator - Night Shift
Based in Meir, The Best Connection are currently looking for a transport administrator to join the team working within a busy transport office.
Immediate start available! Full time long term work with permanent opportunities available.
Hourly rate is £13.78
Shifts are 4 on 4 off 12 hour shifts.
Are you a detail-driven administrator with a passion for transport and logistics? We're looking for a Transport Administrator to join our busy Stoke depot on a night shift pattern. If you're proactive, organised, and confident using Excel and Outlook, this could be your next opportunity.
What you'll be doing:Supporting and looking after drivers throughout their shifts
Chasing service units, trailers, and collecting service paperwork
Completing and maintaining regular reports (full training provided)
Performing general transport administration tasks
Communicating effectively across teams via phone, email, and Microsoft Teams
What we're looking for:Strong attention to detail, especially when it comes to data input
Confident communicator - written and verbal
Good experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and other office tools
Someone comfortable working independently on night shifts
Previous experience in a transport or logistics environment is a bonus, but not essential
