Brief DescriptionLinQuest is a provider of high-end system engineering talent and engineering solutions for the Army tactical communications and R&D activities. We have been providing support to PEO C3T for over 10 years. This role is a new position to lead growth with Army customers. This position can be located in Aberdeen or Odenton, MD. We are seeking a leader with the capabilities to interface on a daily basis with key Army decision makers, to understand their challenges and to provide LinQuest solutions and capabilities to these customers. This is especially important as the Army stands up the Army Futures Command and focuses on evolving the networks to face future threats. You will work with an outstanding business development and proposal organization to identify the opportunities, generate offerings and assist with capture and proposal efforts. This is a leadership role reporting directly to the LinQuest VP of Business Development; as such, you will be responsible for the generation (ownership) and internal synchronization of the Army’s Ft. Belvoir and Aberdeen Proving Ground pipelines, and identifying emerging opportunities with other key Army acquisition and engineering locations (Huntsville, Ft. Huachuca, MacDill AFB) leading captures and establishing a roadmap for these customers. You will work across LinQuest to bring all the company resources, past experiences and capabilities to win new efforts. The ideal candidate will have over 15-years supporting these customers (as a government employee/ military officer or within a BD role) across PEO C3T/ CECOM/ PEO IEW&S/ PEO EIS/ USSOCOM AT&L / PEO AVIATION/ PEO MS/ NETCOM and other Army engineering organizations. Responsibilities: Work closely with the LinQuest Chief Growth officer, the LinQuest Chief Capture Officer, the LinQuest Strategy Officer and the ISS business development and program management to develop offerings to Army customers. Develop and present briefings; establish customer contacts to enter new markets Ownership and growth of the Army Ft. Belvoir/ Huntsville/ USSOCOM/ Ft. Huachuca new business pipeline. Work with the BD and line organizations in the development of capture strategies and proposals.
