Account Executive
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000
Contract: Permanent, 40hrs, Mon - Fri
Location: Hybrid - Wargrave and home working
Reports to: Client Account Manager & Business Development Manager

About us:
Premium Car Parks are a small local business that provide safe and secure parking in town and city locations, offering bespoke personal and company packages for regular business parking requirements. We are now looking for an Account Executive to join our growing team.
Purpose of the role:
As an Account Executive, you will be working to provide support to both the client Account Manager and Business Development manager.
Key responsibilities:
- Reaching out to new sign-ups to promote referrals
- Following up on inbound leads
- Making outbound calls to potential business clients
- Adding to and managing contact lists from marketing campaigns and research
- LinkedIn networking through connections, direct messaging, and posts
- Helping with leafleting days and following up with local companies
- Targeting key corporate accounts and local authorities for larger deals
- Digging into research to find the right contacts and decision-makers
Key Attributes and Experience:
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following:
- Ideally you will have experience with account management
- Ability to use initiative and think proactively
- Able to work well under pressure
- Excellent MS Office application skills
- Effective and confident communicator - clear and concise written and spoken communication skills
- Good telephone manner
- Confident in challenging both internal and external stakeholders
- Good team player
This is not a hard-sell/ traditional sales role, but there is an element of cold calling, so confidence on the phone is critical.
