Job Title: Fire, Security & CCTV Supervisor (Contract)
Location: Cardiff, South Wales, Healthcare
Rate: Up to £350 per day (DOE)
Job Type: Fixed-Term Contract (Minimum 2 Months, with potential extension)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Fire, Security & CCTV Supervisor to support key projects in Cardiff for a minimum duration of 2 months. This is a hands-on supervisory role suited to someone who can lead engineers on-site while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate engineers working on fire alarm, security, and CCTV systems
Oversee daily site operations to ensure work is completed on time and to specification
Conduct site inspections, testing, and quality assurance checks
Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and health & safety regulations
Provide technical support and guidance to engineers
Assist with installation, servicing, and fault finding when required
Liaise with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders
Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and progress updates
Requirements:

Proven experience with fire alarms, intruder alarms, access control, and CCTV systems
Previous supervisory or team leader experience is essential
Strong understanding of British Standards (e.g. BS5839)
Ability to manage teams and work under pressure to meet deadlines
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Full UK driving licence
