Pay: £85-£100 a day- depending on experience.

Are you a caring and dedicated Learning Support Assistant with a strong background in supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Gosport is seeking a passionate individual to join their team from October Half Term on a full-time, long-term basis.

Role Overview:

You’ll be instrumental in helping pupils with additional needs thrive in their learning environment. Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO, you’ll provide personalised support through 1:1 sessions and small group work, helping children build confidence and reach their full potential, both socially and academically.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience supporting SEN pupils in a primary school setting
• Patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
• A right to work in the UK.
