About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Social Worker to join our supportive and dedicated Children & Families Team. In this role, you will manage a caseload of approximately 18 children, delivering effective, evidence-based interventions that focus on outcomes, timeliness, and positive impact.

Your caseload will include a mix of:

* Children in Need (CIN)

* Child Protection (CP)

* Children in Care (CIC), including some court work

What We're Looking For:

* Is a qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England

* Has experience working with children and families across CIN, CP, and CIC cases

* Demonstrates sound judgment, strong communication skills, and a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

* Can effectively manage complex cases, including court work, while maintaining high-quality standards of practice
