Client Services Manager Monday- Friday, 8:30-5pm Stowmarket OutskirtsUp to £60,000pa   Our client is a specialist provider of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety solutions supporting large-scale infrastructure and construction projects across the UK. The business has been established through a strategic partnership between two experienced organisations with extensive expertise in safety equipment, logistics, and project delivery. Following successful delivery on previous major infrastructure projects, the company is now supporting another significant UK development, providing innovative PPE systems and services to ensure high standards of safety, reliability, and operational efficiency on site.Role Overview As a Client Services Manager you will lead sales and customer service activities for a major infrastructure project in Suffolk. The role will focus on building strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including the main project team, principal contractors, and the wider supply chain. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring the efficient, compliant, and innovative delivery of PPE services on site. This position requires a dynamic and driven individual who thrives in a customer-facing role, with excellent customer service skills and a confident, friendly, and professional manner. You will predominantly be based in their head office near Stowmarket however travel to Leiston will be a weekly occurrence. Flexibility is key; therefore a car driver is essential for this role.Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Proactively identify and understand customer needs and potential sales opportunities
  • Support the timely and successful delivery of products and services
  • Identify opportunities for growth and innovation, and implement appropriate strategies
  • Maintain strong internal and external communication regarding customer expectations and service delivery
  • Make commercially sound decisions that benefit both the customer and the business
  • Provide accurate and timely information to stakeholders as required
  • Ensure swift and effective resolution of customer queries or complaints
  • Work to agreed deadlines and project requirements
Skills & Experience Required
  • Dynamic, motivated, and driven individual
  • Excellent customer service skills with a confident, friendly, and professional manner
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and account management activities simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an excellent telephone manner
  • A positive team player with a proactive ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritise workload effectively
  • Previous experience in a similar account management or customer-facing role would be advantageous
