Proposals Engineer - Engineering Services - Warrington - £30-35k + benefits

We're supporting a well-established UK engineering business in the search for a Proposals Engineer to join their growing technical team in Warrington.

This role will support the sales function by developing accurate technical proposals and quotations for industrial engineering projects. It's an excellent opportunity for someone with an engineering background who enjoys working at the intersection of technical design and commercial delivery.

The Role

Working closely with the sales team, you will be responsible for producing detailed proposals and supporting the pre-sales process for a range of industrial systems.

Key responsibilities include:

Producing accurate quotations and proposals in a timely manner

Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to gather technical and commercial information

*

Supporting the sales team with technical input during the quotation process

*

Producing 2D AutoCAD drawings where required to support proposals

*

Building and maintaining relationships with customers and supply chain partners

*

Tracking and reporting quotation volumes and values

Requirements

*

Engineering or technical background

*

Experience preparing technical quotations or proposals preferred

*

AutoCAD 2D experience desirable

*

Proficient in Microsoft Office

*

Strong communication skills and ability to work with teams at all levels

*

Organised with the ability to manage deadlines and priorities

The Opportunity
