Emeya Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a leading Precision Engineering and Manufacturing business, they are well established and have an enviable reputation working on great projects.

They currently have a requirement for a Factory Maintenance Manager, the position is based out of their Manufacturing facility in Bury.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, this Factory Maintenance Manager is a hands on position, you will be responsible for day to day management and implementation of Factory and Building Maintenance.

Factory Maintenance Manager Role Responsibilities:

* Maintain Production Plant, equipment and facilities.

* General day to day to day maintenance of the Factory and office/Buildings.

* Preventative and reactive maintenance across factory and office equipment.

* General Facilities management duties to ensure health and safety compliance.

* Support on both internal and external audits and inspections.

* Support the engineering team with continuous improvement activities for long term investment projects and implementation.

* Line management maintenance technician and other facilities operatives.

Factory Maintenance Manager Requirements:

* Experience within a Factory environment and machinery Maintenance.

* Experience within general Building maintenance within a busy factory/office environment.

* A proactive mindset and can do attitude.

* Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.

* Locally base to Bury and happy to be on site day to day.
