Are you an experienced Financial Controller ready to take the reins in a dynamic, growing business? We are seeking a highly capable finance leader to join our £45m turnover organisation based in Warwick. This is a pivotal role, offering the opportunity to drive process improvements, lead a talented team, and deliver first-class financial control.

The RoleReporting to the Finance Director, you will oversee the finance team and ensure the smooth running of all core financial operations. You will:

• Lead and develop a team of 7 finance professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
• Take ownership of the month-end close, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant accounting standards.
• Drive improvements in month-end processes, internal controls, and reporting efficiency.
• Spearhead the implementation of a new finance system, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption to operations.
• Partner with senior management to provide insightful financial analysis and support decision-making.

About YouYou'll be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar. You will have:

• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing finance teams.
• Excellent technical accounting knowledge and a keen eye for process improvement.
• Experience in finance system implementation and change management.
• Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
• A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
