Are you a passionate and dedicated PLMD Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity in Chelmsford? GSL are looking for an enthusiastic PLMD Teacher to join a vibrant and supportive SEN school, working with students with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PLMD). If you are a committed PLMD Teacher ready to make a real difference in the lives of children, this could be the perfect role for you!

Responsibilities of a PLMD Teacher:

Deliver engaging and adapted lessons to meet the needs of students with PLMD
Create a safe and supportive classroom environment
Collaborate with support staff to ensure each pupil's individual needs are met
Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to parents and carers
Implement individual education plans (IEPs) tailored to students' needs
Requirements for a PLMD Teacher:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience working with pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to adapt lessons and materials for varying needs.
A compassionate and patient approach.
