Their continued growth means they are now seeking an experienced Panel Wirer to join their skilled assembly team.

As a Panel Wirer, you will play a key role in the electrical build and assembly of control panels and machinery used across a variety of industrial applications. Working from detailed schematics and wiring diagrams, you will complete high-quality electrical wiring, panel layout, component installation, and functional testing. This is a hands-on, workshop-based role within a collaborative and supportive engineering environment.

The role

Wire and assemble electrical control panels from engineering drawings and schematics
Install components such as relays, PLCs, switches, terminals, and power supplies
Carry out point-to-point wiring, crimping, looming, and cable routing
Conduct continuity and insulation testing to ensure compliance and functionality
Work closely with the production and engineering teams to resolve technical queries
Adhere to all electrical safety standards and company procedures
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in the assembly area
The ideal candidate

Proven experience as a Panel Wirer, Electrical Assembler, or similar role
Ability to interpret and work from technical drawings and wiring diagrams
Strong understanding of electrical assembly practices and safety standards
Competent in crimping, terminating, and cable management
High attention to detail with a methodical approach to work
Positive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
