Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Conduct thorough and efficient candidate screening processes, including resume reviews, phone interviews, and in-person interviews
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles
Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through various channels such as social media, job boards, and professional networking events
Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
Coordinate interviews and assessments, ensuring all necessary documentation and materials are prepared in advance
Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process for selected candidates
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and candidates
Requirements
Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional interpersonal and networking abilities
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software

Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
