Paragon Education is recruiting a reliable and committed Teaching Assistant for a welcoming primary school in Worcester, starting as soon as possible. The school provides a supportive and structured environment where support staff play a key role in helping pupils achieve both academically and personally.

This role is ideal for someone with previous classroom experience who is confident supporting pupils across a range of abilities and contributing positively to the school environment.

Responsibilities:
Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils
Assist with classroom preparation and organisation
Promote positive behaviour and engagement in learning
Support pupils with additional needs where required
Work collaboratively with teaching staff and support teams

Requirements:
Previous experience working in a school or similar setting
Teaching Assistant qualification desirable but not essential
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Patient, supportive and proactive approach
Ability to adapt and respond to classroom needs
