Salary - Up to £95,000 per annum (DOE) + performance-based bonuses

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Dual Registered Manager to lead two children's homes in London. This is a pivotal role, offering the chance to oversee two established services and ensure consistent, high-quality, therapeutic care for children with emotional and behavioural needs.

You'll provide strong leadership, maintain regulatory compliance, and drive a culture of safety, development, and positive outcomes. This opportunity is ideal for a Registered Manager ready to step up into a multi-site role or an experienced dual manager seeking a new challenge.

Responsibilities

* Hold Ofsted registration for two children's homes

* Lead and develop two teams to deliver therapeutic, child-centred care

* Ensure homes operate in line with Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards

* Embed safeguarding, reflective practice, and positive risk management

* Drive high standards in care planning, key working, and team supervision

* Maintain strong relationships with external professionals and families

* Lead on inspection readiness, quality assurance, and continuous improvement

Requirements

* Minimum of two years' experience as a Registered Manager in a children's residential setting

* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Children & Young People)

* Strong understanding of safeguarding, trauma-informed practice, and regulatory frameworks

* Ability to manage complex situations across two sites with calm and confidence

* Skilled in staff development, team building, and service improvement
