Duties:
* Conduct fault diagnosis, servicing, and repairs in accordance with manufacturer and dealership standards
* Accurately diagnose vehicle faults and communicate findings to the Service Manager
* Ensure timely completion of work while adhering to safety, quality, and reliability standards
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle systems and manufacturer procedures
* Complete all work within the workshop efficiently, ensuring high-quality standards
* Report on vehicle condition, safety, and performance to facilitate effective aftersales service
* Support team goals and contribute to a positive workshop environment
Requirements:
* Fully qualified Vehicle Technician with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
* Minimum of one to two years practical experience post-qualification preferred
* Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
* Strong commitment to quality workmanship and team collaboration
* Ability to perform efficiently in a busy dealership environment
* MOT licence is advantageous but not essential
* Motivated to achieve targets and contribute to continuous improvement
